Chlorophyll is any of several related green pigments found in cyanobacteria and in the chloroplasts of algae and plants. Its name is derived from the Greek words χλωρός (khloros, "pale green") . Chlorophyll allows plants to absorb energy from light. Those pigments are involved in oxygenic photosynthesis, as opposed to bacteriochlorophylls, related molecules found only in bacteria and involved in anoxygenic photosynthesis.
Chlorophyll is the salt form of chlorophyll extracted from mulberry leaves, also known as chlorophyll. Pure chlorophyll is unstable and has poor solubility, so semi synthetic salt chlorophyll is often used. Common chlorophyll liquids include magnesium chlorophyll and copper chlorophyll liquids, which are oil soluble dark green liquids. Powdered chlorophyll consists of sodium magnesium chlorophyll and sodium copper chlorophyll, which are water-soluble dark green powders.

Chlorophyll Powder contains vitamins C, E, and K1, as well as calcium, potassium, and magnesium, and has health benefits. It also contains essential fatty acids and antioxidants for the human body, which are important sources of vitamins.

Function:

1. Antioxidant effect
Chlorophyll has antioxidant properties and can remove free radicals in the body
2. Promote hematopoiesis
The molecular structure of chlorophyll is very similar to that of hemoglobin in human blood. Both contain porphyrin structure, but the central ion is different. The central ion of chlorophyll is magnesium ion, while the central ion of hemoglobin is iron ion. This structural similarity enables chlorophyll to promote hematopoiesis.
3. Beauty and skincare
Chlorophyll can participate in the metabolic process of skin cells, promote the normal differentiation and renewal of skin stratum corneum cells, and make the skin barrier stronger. This helps to reduce transepidermal water loss, maintain the moisture content of the skin, and keep the skin moisturized at all times.
4. Enhance immunity
Chlorophyll can also increase blood oxygen levels, help improve the body's immunity, and reduce the risk of disease.
5. Eye protection
Chlorophyll can improve microcirculation in the eyes, relieve visual fatigue, and also alleviate myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, etc. It has a certain protective effect on the eyes.
Application:

1. Medical field
Chlorophyll has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and detoxification effects. It can be used as an auxiliary treatment in clinical treatment to help patients alleviate symptoms and promote recovery.
2. Food colorants
Chlorophyll has a bright green color and can be used as a natural colorant in food processing. For example, adding chlorophyll to candies, beverages, baked goods, sauces and other products can give the food a natural green color and increase the visual appeal of the food.
3. Cosmetic raw materials
Chlorophyll has antioxidant, moisturizing, and anti-inflammatory effects, and is widely used in skin care products, such as lotions, creams, masks, essences, etc. Skin care products with added chlorophyll can help the skin resist the damage of free radicals and delay skin aging.
4. Health products
Chlorophyll contains abundant iron element, which can promote hemoglobin production and prevent iron deficiency anemia. Chlorophyll can resist oxidation, delay skin aging, and play a role in beauty and skincare.
